Website, delivery notice, and door says they’re open til 5 on Saturdays but they really close at 3 :) very professional, also the employees seem to think they’re national guard or something the way they scan to make sure it’s really your package.

Do not go to this Canada Post. It will destroy your good mood all day because there is a rude, untrained, and impolite female employee named Susan!!! She is rough and uncivilized, and despite multiple complaints, nothing changes. If you unfortunately end up here and see her, immediately ask for the manager to protect yourself.

Horrible woman working at this post office who always is rude. It’s Susan ,the West Indian who has worked there many years. She always gives mean looks to people, very impolite. She pushed her finger to let my box drop on the ground. She doesn’t care if items inside the box break. She has a total lack of respect for people’s packages. I’m not sure how Canada Post keeps an employee like that to represent their company. I understand that she doesn’t like her job, and that she dreads being at work, but that is no reason to take it out on customers. It seems that she has plenty of complaints about her. If she’s so unhappy, she should get another job. From now on I go to another Canada Post location where the staff is very friendly and gives great service. I don’t need to see Sue’s sour puss.

I've had good service here, not sure why some people get their panties in a bunch, it's crown corp, not a 5 star restaurant.

The front desk lady (I believe of Indian origin) is extremely rude and aggressive. I'm not even talking about saying HI to customers, but of being less aggressive and less impolite. As a Customer what I can think of Canada Post? Not sure why corporate office do not taking any action against this rudeness in that office. I see many ppl complaining about that lady and the issue is still there... for many years. Canada Post, please fix the issue and engage a polite person or train your existing employee how to treat CUSTOMERS.

The woman of Indian origin working at the counter this afternoon (April 22nd, 2024) was very rude to me, although I greeted her with a smile and “hi”. She did greet the people before and after me, so I think she’s just racist. She also aggressively threw my package on the floor. Never coming back here again.

They could not share a little scotch tape to close the envelope, but instead offered to sell me a roll. Never had this issue before at a Post Canada point before.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL postal office. I witnessed an extremely rude treatment of a customer. The woman employee of Indian decent was serving an Asian male customer. He greated her with a pleasant Hello. She did not respond and pointed to the scale for him to place his package. The customer was then handed a receipt to which he said Thank You. Again she ignored him. It was very clear that the customer was annoyed and politely confronted her. He told her that she spoke to both customers prior to him and asked why she wouldn't speak a word with him. Again she ignored him, absolutely zero eye contact. I was so disgusted with this inappropriate behavior, so decided to leave the line and went to another Canada Post outlet. I did not want to be treated in the same disrespectful manner. That employee should not be in her service position, preferably fired in my opinion.

Very rude staff. Very quick to point out they can't help you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if possible.
