How this place still open??I saw a cashier or one of the stuff whatever she is sitting on the comptoir talking with her boy friend or what ever he is...This is not a couch or a bedroom.What kind of stuff is this..What a shame and shame to do ridiculous owner who hire this young immature people.

Braah they sold me a BBQ sauce for 8.99 plus taxes because there wasn’t any price on it. I still bought it cause i needed it.. And for the price of gaz its always higher than any place else weird..

For over a month I've been going every week to get a coffee at this branch and every time the caramel flavor comes out only water and the French vanilla one is almost just water too . The flavor containers inside the machine are so dirty and clogged that it makes me feel sick and blocks the descent of the powder which gives the flavor. I've been told for a month that the machine will be cleaned. Unfortunately, it's the only Couche Tard that is on my route in the morning, otherwise I would go elsewhere because I'm afraid of being sick because this machine must be so full of bacteria.

After speaking with my Credit card following a fraud charge, I am certain this is where my card information was stolen from. I paid at the gas pump and entered my PIN in. The machine was probably a clone to steal information.

We just had one of the worst experiences ever at this couche tard.My bf has been going to this couche tard for years. 2 nights ago we went in and the staff was sleeping. My bf tries to wake him up for almost 5mins (5 full mins with no sucess - to be able to pay for his items).Another employee walk in from the back and to wake him up.The clerk wakes up with an attitude and start yelling at my bf because it was Ramadan and he was tired.My bf was trying to tell him that he could have gotten robbed for sleeping on the job. This clerk still has an attitude.Clerk follows him outside and what happens next was extremely unfortunate and we plan on filing a suit against couche tard and their employee.I would appreciate it if couche tard could contact me to try and resolve this issue. Store manger is useless and Customer service does not answer their phones .This is starting to get really frustrating.

Haven't had a problem here until today:I was in line to make my purchase and the last in front of me was buying 2 cold Starbucks coffee fraps which has stickers indicating that they were 2 for 5$. When they were rung up the price did not reflect this. The two cashiers told the lady that she had to paid pay the price listed on the scanner. She agreed and decided to buy only one because she didn't have enough money. At this point I interjected and told them that they in fact were required to charge her the lower of the two prices as per the consumer protection act. One of the cashiers then took me to the other cash to ring me up and argued with me and told me that a customer must have moved the sticker. I said maybe, but obviously not this lady, and told him he still has to give her the better price. These cashiers need to be better trained in understanding consumer rights and good customer service.

Staff is mostly friendly and the prices are, well, convenience store prices. Gotten a little better over the last couple of years.
