Horrible service, from the pharmacy, to the photo center. I agree with every single negative comment below because this is the true description of this pharmacy. Bunch of other pharmacies around, I definitely suggest looking up alternatives.

I went to the jean coutu on St-Charles to get my newborn a prescription milk after coming out of the hospital. I gave my prescription and waiting for 25 mins, they served 1 person before me, the said we dont have it. And when i asked her why couldn't they mention this earlier, it is 8:45pm and knowing this even 10 mins earlier we could have checked another location and worried that now i have no milk for my newborn :( . the Pharmacist started yelling at me saying GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN!! DID YOU JUST LEAVE THE HOSPITAL NOW? WHY DID YOU COME HERE SO LATE? She was implying that i was being neglectful. The store closes at 9pm no? The ENTIRE Team starting saying I should have came earlier, it's my fault and they all except one mannerly clerk were giving FULL ATTITUDE and being DISRESPECTFUL. I was so embarrassed by the entire pharmacy team and when i asked to see the Manager, the manager NEVER came. The clerk called twice while i waited and no one showed up. I wonder why they felt so comfortable to treat people like that. I would never recommend Nouha Fadlallah Pharmacy to anyone. DISCCUSTING Service by the team and manager that was unpresent.

The absolute WORST pharmacy ever!
Always errors and they're extremely rude when you call them out on their mistakes. Thank God I changed pharmacies and no longer have to deal with their incompetence.
If you don't want headaches, stay away!

Worst "pharmacy counter" ever!!!!! I no longer deal with this pharmacy because of the arrogance of some of the women who prepare the prescriptions! They give themselves an "air" of superiority. They go as far as threatening the patient by saying "if you don't want your medication you can go elsewhere".
My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy (not my regular pharmacy, it used to be, but I left for all the same reasons), via their electronic system. When I got there, I identified myself and politely asked if the prescription was ready. They were clueless. They asked for my phone number, I gave it. They claimed I had to go to another counter to verify if the fax came in. I replied there was no fax and the doctor sent the prescription as he always did. Finally, a woman yeilding a plastic basket, says to me I'm in the wrong line, we have to verify the dossier. This is where she gets all "I'm important here attitude". I told her my dossier is up to date as I went to my Jean Coutu in Vaudreuil all is updated. This is where she says, do you want your prescription or not? I politely replied, my doctor sent the prescription here because I'm closer to pick it up here, so, "Yes, I need my meds". She replied, "you can go get them elsewhere". A little upset, I asked her, "what is with your attitude"? , "I go to one counter, and it's the wrong counter, I give you my name and you have nothing, you ask for my phone number and you're still looking, then arrogantly waving your plastic red basket you call out my name". And then you ask me if I want my meds!!!!!! She said it'll be 30 minutes!!!
I looked at her and exclaimed, "I'll be back in 30 minutes".
As I was leaving, I stopped and made a quick comment to the gentleman pharmacist, a real nice man who has a beautiful approach with his clients, I said, "You should teach that "pill preparing - wannabe pharmacist" some manners and to have a more humble attitude towards people, your clients", "who the hell does she think she is"?
I left.
I entered my home, which is 3 minutes away. I receied a call from this gentleman pharmacist informing me that the prescription was ready. He had personally prepared it. He called back a second time to say there was no rush, they closed at 9 PM.
Human and humble (an older man) VS Arrogance and full of herself (younger generation).
I would have given a 0☆ review because this is a recurring problem with this pharmacy and the owners have done nothing to address their staffs attitudes and problems.
I gave a 1☆ review because of the compassion shown by that gentleman pharmacist.
Jean Coutu 4491 St-Charles, Pierrefonds is NOT worth me ever coming back. Unfortunately an emergency had priority and I had no choice.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Extremely disappointed by the service I received early this month. I go with a prescription for my mom, the staff tells me she is not covered by the RAMQ, despite the fact that she was.
I call RAMQ, who confirm that my mom drug cover is active and the staff should have used their hotline to fix the issue.
I go back the next day to tell them about the answer from RAMQ. They check, and yes she is covered, but the prescibed meds are not covered by the RAMQ. The bill was 120$. I trusted my pharmacist as I have been with them for more than 10years.
I check with the docutor about the meds she prescibed were not covered. The DR confirmed that on the 3 meds prescribed only one was not covered.
I decide to check on the RAMQ web site, and discover that one med was and exception for which they needed to apply a code, the other was covered but under another name.
Called the pharmacy to tell them about my findings:
1- I should have asked the question if there were other options for the first med, and they give you what is available.
So if the generic is not available ath the parmacy, why should I be penalised and pay full price for a med that is covered as a generic?
2- for the second med the girl did not enter the code to cover the exception with RAMQ.
Seriously, how should I react to this? I trusted them and thought that they were good at doing their job, If I have every time to check on the RAMQ site to check if a med is covered, what is the use of having a pharmacists who cherges his fees for you to over pay and pay for what is normally covered.?

On February 13, 2024, I took my 79-year-old mother to her Prolia vaccine appointment. His appointment is at 3:50 pm and another patient has his appointment at 4:00 pm. But the nurse called the patient at 4 p.m. before my mother. We told the nurse that my mother should be before him because the patient told us his appointment is at 4 p.m. But the nurse ignored us without checking her calendar. When we returned to her office, she said thank you for our patience and I said we will wait longer and she replied everyone has to wait. I took the opportunity to tell him that we should be before the patient at 4 p.m. The nurse blamed the patient at 4 p.m. for saying he made a mistake without recognizing it was his mistake. Then I said I'll let it happen and she replied that I should leave it. What an attitude!

I have been to several Jean Coutu pharmacies in my life but this one has the worst prescription service. You wait 30 minutes to get on the line at the prescription, they constantly transfer you to the photo laboratory during the wait, you have to tell the person again that you want to speak to the prescription, they transfer you back to the prescription and then wait and have you hang up on the nose. Then you call back and it's the same thing. If only it would happen once, but no, it always happens.

What can I say other than very poor quality service. I brought a prescription from my doctor 10 days ago. Order for “masterful preparation”. I was informed that they would call me to give me the price and that I would then have the cream last Wednesday. No phone, no prescription. I showed up today and there is nothing in my file. Odds not found. Call Monday. Okay, so give me the medications ordered this morning on your site and requested by 1 p.m. It’s 2:45 p.m. The medicines are not ready. Sit back and wait. So...we lose a prescription (not easy to speak to the specialist around Christmas time to get another prescription) and I am made to wait and wait. In fact I'm still waiting. Change pharmacies as quickly as possible...a priority for me.

Today.I took my 85 year old mother to this store to have ID picture taken.First l walked in .I ask to have a picture taken. The lady in the front entrance whose name is Anna saw my mom in the wheelchair righ away said "we only have chairs. She can not sit straight".l told her how you know she can't seat straight.my mom sat well and had a picture taken.I got one set picture with the stamp back.but the stamp is not clear.I asked to stamp again.she walked away.l I went to cashier to pay the bill. And ask the cashier whose name is Sha ,to stamp again. She didn't want to do it..she insisted She didn't do it and threw the picture on floor and stepped on it many times.Wow.What this place is,what are these people who are rude and not even close to do their job.doing their job.,If they can do something better. They should not work there.
