“We had to get my daughters earrings changed for the ones with the screw-on backings and Tamar was absolutely wonderful with her. My daughter put up a huge fight but Tamar remained patient, caring and in good spirits, even through my daughters screams and tears (I would like to point out that my daughter was not in any pain, she just didn’t like the fact that someone was touching her ears). It made an unpleasant experience very pleasant because of her amazing service. Thank you SO much, Tamar! Our daughter was back to her smiley self within minutes!

“We went on a Sunday at the end of the day, my 15 year old daughter and I. My daughter was very nervous. Victoria was the person who broke through that day after tomorrow. She explained the before, during and how very well. Since my daughter was having a second hole pierced in each ear plus a helix in one ear, she took all the time necessary to explain and reassure her. Taking breaks and making sure she didn't have symptoms of weakness, she was very professional. We recommend this place but also, obviously, Victoria who was welcoming, patient and professional. Everything was sanitized and prepared according to hygiene rules and standards. Thank you so much.”

“Fixed my necklace quicker than the original finish date, which was a plus. Also told me my necklace kept breaking because the place that was fixing it wasn’t doing a good job. Makes a lot of sense because it’s not normal for a necklace to break 3 times in 1 month lol. Hasn’t broken since Larente fixed it, knock on wood but very happy with service, would recommend to anyone, good prices as well. A+”
