“My daughter and I just had our ears pierced by Victoria at Pilgrim today. What a sweet, gentle and professional service we received . Needle piercing is so much more gentle than with a gun! She took her time with us, made sure we approved the position of the hole in our ear explain how to take care of our piercings afterwards, and it barely hurt!! Yay!!! Strongly recommend you ask for Victoria. She is awesome!!”

The sale assistance guided by Michael and Avi enhanced the experience. Both these guys are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and courteous watch geeks. No sales pressure, and lots of in-depth knowledge to guide me through the decision process.
I was considering purchasing out of province in pursuit of a better price, but would much prefer supporting local West Island businesses. Michael considered the price point dilemma, and made it all happen in a logical way. He also reviewed how any after sales service needs would be honoured.
