I had an excellent experience with Harry and his staff at VitroPlus/Ziebart. They replaced my windshield. . Everything from making the appointment to introducing myself to Harry was smooth , and after about 5 minutes of meeting him you feel as if you are talking to an old friend.. The customer service was exceptional. Harry was patient and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of and would trust VitroPlus/Ziebart with any future work on my truck. Where to begin, fantastic experience and the absolute best customer service!
Dealt with Harry for a car starter install for my wife's CX-5. This is the second CX-5 we have had the 2-way starters installed and couldn't be happier. The one in my CX-5 was installed back in 2019 and continues to work like the day it was installed.
Harry works with his customers until they are 100% satisfied, communicates open and honestly, and takes pride in doing it right the first time! Just an all around great experience!

The front face of this business is Harry, such a gentleman. When you meet someone like Harry, you feel confident that the work will be done as promised. He gives a strong positive vibe and is clear with information. We need more people like him to run business.
We took our 2nd Car to be rustproofed by VitroPlus. So far, its been great experience. Lets see how it turns out with 2nd car. Thanks.

Harry at Ziebart is the best! His team fixed a stone chip in my windshield with lightning speed and Harry kept me smiling the whole time with stories about his family. If there were 6 stars, I'd give it to them! Where to begin? Harry called me at 8h30 this morning for my windshield replacement. Told me to stop by before 11. I was at the shop at 9. Saw the damages, told me to get back at 1pm to change it (they had it in stock). By 2h15, I was out the door! A great service, great conversation, it was nice to deal with someone who actually cares, with no bullshit. Very professional. Honestly, one of the best services I've had in a long time. Thanks Harry!

Harry & the A Team to the rescue. Chip cracked windscreen replaced via insurance within 24 hours. These guys are the absolute best. 10/10 A+ 5 Stars every single time.
