I had rust stains all over the top of my car from parking under a pipe that had been dripping. My usual car wash guy tried but couldn’t get them out and kindly referred me to Mathieu.
Even though they were busy, Mathieu took the time to come take a look at my car. Within moments he was able to remove the stains completely. When I asked how much I owed him, he simply smiled and said it was okay.

I ordered parts late Wednesday night, and instead of it showing as pick up on Thursday, it said Saturday. I call and they explained that if you ordered after 5pm your order was processed the next morning. After discussing, the guy said he would get the parts from another napa store and bring them over and I could come that afternoon. Wow, amazing customer service!”
