“I had the best service from Thérèse who helped me with the purchase of 3 artificial palm trees. I prior went to 2 other RONA locations and I couldn't find anybody to help me out.
But in Oka, despite being a small franchise, I GOT THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAD IN YEARS!!!
Spend a bit more of gas and be treated like someone cares... believe me, it's freakin' worth it!!!

“It's seems I'm not alone as most other reviews are very good. I got a feeling that people here are not 'staff' but rather genuine helpful people who take delight in serving me. Each encounter, even in passing, they said 'Hello'. When we were just waiting for a repair, one person asked if we needed assistance.
