Le Faubourg de l'Île is a mall with many vacant properties, but it still has a few lingering stores. These include Pharmaprix, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, a jewelry store, an eye glass center, a used record store, and a boxing gym. The stores it does have are good and have helpful staff. It is well situated off the highway and has ample free parking. There is also a place with wonderful food and great service. The mall needs somebody to give it TLC to fill it with more stores and customers.
