Went here because there was a used vehicle that I was interested in. I was introduced to Isaac on the used side. He was a no pressure sales person who understood my situation. Ultimately I did not end up going through with the sale, but I would 100% recommend buying a vehicles through Isaac.

I will leave it at this. They sold me a car without even mentioning it is ''Accidentée'' for me to discover one year later. Just rushing people to buy without giving complete information eventhough you ask aboutit!

Advice: After experience, I advise you not to deal with this branch after you have agreed on a car to buy, and after traveling a distance of 75 km one way, it turns out that the car does not doesn't work and the words in the ad don't match.

I do not recommend this company. They are fraudulent and have no trust. I live in Catino, 250 km from Montreal. I went to look at a Mazda 5. In the ad it was written that the air conditioner worked. I was surprised that the air conditioner was not working and on the website it was working. When I explained to him why you didn't write in the ad that the air conditioner didn't work, he said, "Sorry, what should I do now." "I wasted an entire day and 500 kilos of gas going to and actually questioning a fake company that I do not recommend to you, Mazda.

bad service. The advertisement does not match reality. When you arrive, you discover that the car is without air conditioning.

This was 2nd time i bought a used car from mazda. The 1st experience was very good but the 2nd one was not.
The AC of car was not functioning i bought vehicle in Mar24 when it was winter, asked the person that if AC and heating are functioning he replied that inspection report is not mentioning anything regarding those so thats mean they are working. But AC compressor was not working

WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP. DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR.
IF YOU READ THIS MESSAGE BEFORE BUYING YOUR CAR, WE WAS SHOPPING FOR A CAR WITH MY WIFE THEN WE TOLD OURSELVES TO BUY FROM A REAL DEALERSHIP TO AVOID MISTAKES AND PROBLEMS. UNFORTUNATELY WE GOT ANAEQUATED TO THE PLACE WHERE WE THOUGHT WE WOULD BE SAFER.
I PURCHASED A 2017 MAZDA CX9 WITH MY WIFE FROM THEM. WE PAID THE CAR CASH $24,000 BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT FINANCING.
THEY TOLD US THEY INSPECTED THE CAR, BUT HIDDEN SEVERAL DEFECTS FROM US.
-First, they hid from us that the car was in an accident, it was when I asked for Carfax, that they admitted to us that it had been in an accident and the repairs were over $8,000.
-then they told us that they were going to fix all the graffiti on the car. The day I went to collect the car, to my great surprise, nothing happened, I had to insist that it was in the contract for him to finally tell me to come back later another day.
-Worse than that, there was a small crack on the top of the front bumper and it was my wife who noticed it during the visit, but it was not mentioned in their inspection sheet. If the car was really inspected, why was this not mentioned in the inspection sheet as the fact that it had already been in an accident? Anyway, they ended up fixing it.
- the metal holding the battery, they told us that they were going to treat it which was not done (see the photos). I had to remove the rust myself to paint it after recovering the car.
-speaking of rust they hid from us that the interior of the car (under the brake pedal and under the seats was full of rust, I discovered it after 3 months and there I ended up dealing with the rust in a car (you can see for yourself through the photos).
-the worst part of all this is that when we bought the car, they told us as mentioned on the inspection sheet (see photos) that the button on the suitcase had to be changed because it was not working. When we got the car back, they told us that the problem was resolved, but for 6 months I have found myself with either a button that doesn't work or one that beeps constantly, I had to bring the car back in January, and now it's the last few days the suitcase opens by itself and now my battery discharges every day. I call Mazda île perot, they tell me it's my fault and that they are not going to fix the problem. I tell them that the problem has never been resolved since purchasing the car, they don't want to know anything and put the blame on me. In short, I thought I would be safe from getting hit by going to their house, but here we are living a nightmare with a car parked in the street whose trunk could open at any moment.
I decided to file a complaint with consumer protection to assert my rights, and I will fight until the end.

For the purchase good service, against the after-sales service a big 0. I had negotiated winter tires with my vehicle. When we got home, one of the tires had a patch. I called them to find out if it was possible to have another set and I was told by my salesman that he is not the one who takes care of that and referred me to another department. Finally after several calls I never heard back.
2 years later I was contacted because they supposedly had a great promotion for those who had purchased from them. They give me an appointment and I show up on site. Once I arrived, they were not aware that I had an appointment. They manage to put me in contact with a seller who offers me a vehicle almost twice the price of the one I own. So I wasted 2 hours of my time to be offered a “great promotion” which was not one.
Bad experience for me. However, I love my Mazda
