“Every time I go to shop at the JCoutu pharmacy in Plessisville, I am welcomed and the clerks on the floor offer their help without me having to ask. All the employees at this pharmacy are warm, smiling and friendly. The prescription counter always makes sure to call me if any medications are missing from my order, as well as notify me by text when they have arrived. Overall rating: More than perfect!”

“EXCEPTIONAL service ?Your employee Donali is a 10 star ?? ?????????She did everything on August 23 & 24, 2023 to please me with a PROFESSIONAL and LOVING height with her phone and technology service even after her work figure took the time to give the BEST to a client from another province of Canada ?? REMARKABLE!I live in Alberta and my 80-year-old mom in Plessisville Qc., very close to your pharmacy, which she also ADMIREs your customer service with her purchases and prescriptions. She had just visited us and given me a very simple little bundled headband gift that had been procured from your pharmacy and that I really liked. So I wanted to have another one...I called and was pampered by Donali's service from start to finish with my purchase, this employee WONDERED me with her service!BIG THANK YOU DONALI ♥️CONGRATULATIONS ?~ PROXIM affiliated PHARMACY BLAIS - LECLERC & LATULIPPE & your EMPLOYEES!!! ?”
