“Absolutely amazing experience! Went to find a prom dress for myself- and as I was browsing, the employee were so nice and approached me very politely asking if I needed help. They were so so nice! While trying dresses, the staff, Luly, was so understanding and patient with my indecisiveness. She recommended me a dress that was so so good on me! She stayed with me the whole time while helping other customers at the same time, just managing everything beautifully. She was complimenting me and just made me feel overall very comfortable. The best place I’ve been too, 100%! At the end, whilst cashing out, had a very nice chat with the employee at the cash. The whole experiencing just flowed absolutely beautifully and so smooth. Totally recommend going there, it’s clean, organized, and not too crowded when you plan your time. Would give 10 stars if I could!”

“While this is predominantly a LARP store, there are plenty of great things for the more casual fantasy lover. There is a wide selection of beautiful costumes (two floors!), some with a bit of a gothic flair; and all of them great for a Ren Faire or if you want to show off at an elegant affair! In addition to clothing they have a large selection of leather goods, furs, and accessories. The costumes are all made by hand, so customization is possible. For the more casual shopper, they have a dazzling display of jewelry, notecards, journals, boxes, and more! We drove 6 hours from our home in New York State and we were amazed! Parking is street parking; just make sure to go to the Pay Station and put in your parking space number (in my opinion, parking was inexpensive. I don’t know if the rates change for summer). The employees were helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, and English-speaking (which was definitely a plus because I don’t speak French!). Definitely worth the journey!”

I placed an order online and emailed them to request a return, but they have been ignoring my emails. I don't understand why there's no communication from their end. I am very disappointed with their customer service.”

“Je suis entré chez Urban Depot, attiré par les chandails colorés présentés à l'extérieur. Mon ami et moi cherchions des vêtements avec couleurs et motifs riches et nous avons été tout sauf déçus! En fouinant dans les rayons, nous nous sommes vite rendus compte qu'il y avait beaucoup de pièces de vêtements utilitaires, mais aussi des pièces vraiment stylées et étranges, ce qui nous a bien plu. Nous qui pensions seulement regarder, avons pris le temps de fouiller, d'essayer quelques morceaux et ultimement tous deux achetés une petite pile d'heureuses trouvailles. Les dames à la caisse étaient très gentilles et jasantes et prenaient soin de nous conseiller dans nos essais. Je me suis acheté un coton ouaté jaune bien flash et des pantalons me rappellant ceux de Beetlejuice! Je recommande ce magasin si vous cherchez des vêtements unis et colorés, de tailles et de formes variées, ils ont beaucoup de stock et de rabais [4/20$, entre autres].”

“I first visited Feline in 2022. I was in town from Vancouver and just wandering Old Montreal. Once I saw the beautifully styled mannequins, I immediately veered into the shop. It was amazing. A contemporary boutique with unique yet wearable pieces. Between the plethora of black clothing and mix of smaller brands, Feline reminded me of some shops I visited in Tokyo.
During this visit I had the pleasure of spending time with Elise, the shop owner. She is a gem who truly loves fashion and all the pieces she brings in. We got to chatting, she asked what pieces were catching my eye, and asked if she could pull some items for me to try on. At no point did it feel like a sales tactic. I had a great time, but I think it was Elise who was having the most fun. She pulled the best items and styled them in ways I wouldn’t have thought of. I left with a few cool pieces that day …. and went back a few days later to pick up another item that I couldn’t stop thinking about.
I look forward to visiting again later this year and will be purposely packing light so I have ample room in my suitcase for all the Féline treasures that await.”
