The materials clerk is, in addition to being pretty and pleasant, very knowledgeable about (your) products.
She showed exemplary professionalism to ensure that our products would be put aside at another branch, you did not have them and we traveled to pick them up.
She made sure we were happy, thank you

So much better than Rona and Home Depot. The staff at Patrick Morin is typically friendly, available and knowledgeable. Itās also usually cheaper than the bigger stores. When I buy something at Rona or Home Depot, I feel like I just gave my money to a phone scammer or something. Patrick Morin does not give me that feeling. Thatās why Iām a loyal customer.

Not horrible service but very ordinary nonetheless. The four clerks we met...no greetings...always me who has to say "Hello"...there they will say a cold "hello". When we got to the checkout (around 5), there was a group of 4 attendants talking. I ask if there is a cash register open, only to be told "it's closed here, wait". 5 minutes later (!!!), finally a crate opens. I'm moving forward. The cashier does her business without saying anything or looking. After 1 minute (!!!) it's me again who has to say "hello". With a shifty and distracted look (she was talking to a guy with an orange bib the whole time), she gives me the bill back. I show up at the wood yard and there the guy who serves me, not very nice, communicates with me almost just with his hands impatiently. Example: the shelter-tempo box on the fork-lift and tells me nothing. And then he said to me: āAre you helping me hereā with a disobliging and antipathetic attitude.
So, it seems that the clerks at Patrick Morin don't really like their jobs.

In English this time:
3rd time here (practical since I live near) and they do have good inventory and good prices. BUT WHY ARE THE CLERKS RUDE? Every time. Here the cashier she didnāt even bother returning my āBonjourā. Just blurted out the amount. Then my āHave a nice dayā was met with utter silence/indifference. Next time Iāll dispense with such niceties.
