And it is 200~300 more expensive than the surrounding market price. If you only think about money, go to Pierre Pont. It's 4500 cheaper than here. Still, if you think about everything, it is worth buying because it is expensive. The last drawback is that if you want to move out, you have to give six months' notice... Otherwise, if you give notice that you have to pay rent and move out, people will keep pestering you until the next tenant is confirmed.”
