I was served by Pamela at the Apple Store yesterday and I have to say that she’s an absolute sweetheart. I only made a purchase because of my interaction with her. she gave great advice and was extremely friendly, felt like i was talking to a family member. thank you so much for your help and i’m very satisfied with my purchase. ❤️

Hi, worst experience ever with store and specially with manger yesterday 13/Nov/2024( jean luca ) or I don’t know what his real name because even he didn’t want to give his name, apple care sent me there to change my IPhone but store brought reason whatever doesn’t make sense to no change it, it was third times been there and worst service ever, we paid apple care for nothing, if there is a change I never give any star???

Hi, if I have options I would not even give one star, yesterday (13/11/2024)I was there for third times , have problems with my IPhone and apple costumer care send me there to change my IPhone but the employee and very unprofessional and shameless manager ( jean luca) didn’t change the phone and said I don’t care what apple care said here we don’t do nothing, I pay for two years apple care’s and receive no service, worst service ever and unprofessional customer service at this store.

The store is very busy as are all the other Apple stores, but great service and fairly fast despite their number of customers!

Tried the new apple vision pro with the demo it was amazing staff is extremely professional helpful and nice, Adere not sure if that’s how you spell hes name but was very helpful and nice

Don't even consider AppleCare! It’s absolutely worthless! I broke my phone nine days ago, and I’m still without a repair, replacement, or loaner. I called this morning for an update, and they told me it’ll be another week for Apple to even respond! Are you kidding me? I need my phone for work and I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow. What am I supposed to do? This is by far the most frustrating experience I've ever had! I’ve spent hours on hold with customer service and then more time at the store. This is ridiculous! It’s just a phone, and I shouldn’t have to endure this nightmare for something I’m supposed to be "protected" by with AppleCare. I understand there are procedures, but what about taking care of the customer in the meantime? This is unacceptable!

Apple used to offer excellent quality and superior service. Suddenly it’s neither. As most people already said - it’s disorganized, most staff are neither friendly or efficient. Technician I dealt with was not pleasant or helpful. Big disappointment.
