Very bad experience, my wife buy me a gift Apple TV, come two times can not pickup my order. First time they told me to take my wife’s id then it’s ok, I go home come back next day with two pieces of id but then they tell me has to be my wife comes herself. One guy even told me to buy one at store and cancel the order,they seem like don’t care at all. Very disappointed

Professional and cooperative staff who know exactly what they are doing .My daughter was delighted to have her I phone 15 .Clean place .The place was very much busy on Saturday morning .Definitely recommended buying your Apple ? products .

Absolutely awful service. Went there 4 times and yet they found a way to mess it up. Absolutely unprofessional staff and makes the process difficult rather than fixing a minor issue. Do not recommend this particular store at all! Go to other Apple stores or best buy rather than wasting your time here.

Disrespect staff, even manager was the same. Went on Sunday 8 October at 2:10 for an appointment on 2:30 which was made earlier that day. I was told to wait. At 2:50 I went to one of the employee to make them aware of my waiting. And to my surprise he said they didn’t know I was there whereas I was waiting at the table from the past 45 minutes without roaming around to check products.So I showed my disappointment to the employee and to manager and none of them said sorry once. I guess 45 minutes of customer time doesn’t matter for them.

Came in to buy thousands dollars of prouduct for my daughter for college, Terrible customer service and the work was so rude with an attitude, she needs to learn how to talk to customers as your working in customer service, went to another apple store instead. I do not recommend this apple store, went to the apple store downtown instead with a much better service.

I went 3 times with no luck to fix my daughter iPad even it was under warranty but i had to wait 2 hours every time which i really didnt have the time to do so. Beside that when you enter the store you wait a bit until one of the employees notice you and cut his conversation with his colleague to ask you if you need anything.Also I went for different reason which is my watch which burned the protection that i put it because it turned very hot and they didn’t do anything about it even it would explode or burn the things around it but they take it as a silly issue!!! I found that really weird.

Apple would not repair a less than 2 year old Apple Watch. They told me to buy a new one.I found a look alike replacement that does more functions than the Apple Watch ..... iTime Elite !! for $50.

I visit this location today because my magic keyboard for my iPad was not working, and unfortunately walked away very disappointed. I explained to the lady how my keyboard randomly stopped working, she asked me to pull up my receipt and told me my guarantee had been finished in the beginning of month. She then told me she couldn’t do anything but she could offer me a new keyboard for half the price. I came home disappointed and YouTubed a few videos, turns out all I had to do was turn my iPad on and off . It made really sad that she didn’t offer any assistance, the only thing she could offer was a new keyboard at half price.

I made an appointment at Fairview, took time off work, arrived early, was told to wait at a table (which I did for 15 minutes), had two people walk in and were seen right away. Approached a salesman was told to wait until someone qas available.Yes you have the market.No you can’t handle it in this store.Disappointed. Wasted my time and it cost me.
