I love their selection, but I went in yesterday for an ear piercing. The woman there assured the other woman that she knew how to pierce ears. However, she pierced my ears incorrectly, not once, but twice.

I initially stopped by to bring in an old necklace that I needed to make alterations to and was pleased by the efficient and expert service. Nice selection of everyday jewellery, very modern and classy. You're not getting brass or copper, these are more elevated pieces from what the lady at the counter explained to me in great detail. If you're looking for quality gold or silver jewelry then definitely check them out because they frequently bring in new stylesService is very welcoming and they know their stuff. Anthea was extremely helpful, she did my first piercings and was super friendly, reassuring me multiple times. The rest of the staff has been just as helpful and friendly for all of my purchases. They always have promotions going on, definitely will be back!!

Always ask if the rings are made of real gold/diamonds. They sell quite a few fake rings even though they look real. The fake gold will wear off in a few months and the ring wont look nice anymore. The diamonds don't wear off, however after consulting a professional jeweler the diamonds are also fake.
