“The place is well-ran, easy to get to, very professional yet relaxed environment. However, the product did not meet my expectations. For the first couple of days it leaked like crazy. I parked on the street for first days, then placed some protection on the driveway and parked there. It did not stop. Two weeks later, it is still dripping a lot! I have already used a bottle of the cleaning solution for oil stains and looks like I will need the second one. Honestly, Metropolitain product did not drip at all. I understand that the liquid oil-based product gets further, but there is a practical limit.”

“I was pretty difficult, constraining, last minute and I haggled them on price. Despite the unreasonable demands they really did everything to make it happen.
It might not be the cheapest, but the expertise and service far outweighs the small premium. Were it not for their expertise I would of had to do part of the work again and it would of costed me even more.
Very strongly recommended and that's from someone that has always avoided garages from distrust she poor previous experiences.”

I had rust stains all over the top of my car from parking under a pipe that had been dripping. My usual car wash guy tried but couldn’t get them out and kindly referred me to Mathieu.
Even though they were busy, Mathieu took the time to come take a look at my car. Within moments he was able to remove the stains completely. When I asked how much I owed him, he simply smiled and said it was okay.
That level of kindness and generosity truly meant a lot. It’s rare these days, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Mathieu, for your professionalism, your kindness, and for reminding me that there are still good people out there who take pride in helping others.

“Purchased the Tack Reducer to try out on a recent project. It is a huge help to make the vinyl easier to reposition and less likely to leave lines in the adhesive. It definitely makes the end result turn out better, and makes the install a bit easier. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to put out professional quality work.
As for my experience with Vvivid vinyl, it's been really good. It seems to install better than some other top name brands out there, and always looks great. I will continue using their products in the future.

They were extremely honest and professional about the work that had to be done in order to repair the dented passenger door of my car. They gave the same repair process explanation as another garage I had inquired with, however KBEX pricing was unmatched. The quote they gave me was half the price of the competing garage, and KBEX's work was exceptional - my car looks as if brand new. They also went above and beyond and fixed an old scratch I had in the back of my car, something that was bothering me but I never thought to get patched up. And finally, as I worked a double-shift, KBEX was kind enough to deliver my car at my work and pick up the rental they had serviced me. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Highly recommend them!
