Went in to have a broken clasp changed on my son’s chain. To add more fun, it got caught in the little tin container I put it in. Within 5 mins it was released from the box and equipped with a new clasp. No fuss, no muss!

Walked into this family owned establishment to get my ring cut off as it was getting a little tight. Had a very pleasant experience with the owner, amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
