terrible service from adama who does not know how to speak english and barely knows how to operate the cash register. this is the worst employee in all of couche tard stores

Terrible the worse cashier doesn't greet people and his french is broken you ask him to explain himself or repeat he gets offended and takes the items you purchased 0 stars. I honestly is stealing scanning the redeemable items not giving them to customers and keeping them for himself.

Convenient but rarely have Amazon boxes for return and some cashiers don't speak English!!! And for the Amazon return they promise you the other Couche Tard can do them but they can't, won't, and don't want to!

I came into the store not too long ago and i witnessed the manager screaming aggressively at an employee. That behaviour is so unprofessional. Couche tard needs to reevaluate who they choose to be a leader of the store because it seemed like a grown man throwing a tantrum

A late night who has no toilets for customers, not even an exception for a pregnant woman and I was told to go to another business next door even though I was buying something. Frankly.

A couchetard like all the others (good snacks)! Worker was nice but as a paramedic who went there and needed a bathroom desperately after having just been on a call, it’s bothersome that I was denied a bathroom due to “not allowed to let people in the back”. Usually EMS services (I had my ambulance and my uniform on) should be allowed to use the toilet facilities seeing as though we don’t have a work office that we could go to whenever we feel like it. This is not the first couche tard this happens at. Not trying to cause problems, i just would love if they could be a bit more helpful.

Good morning! I stopped by your store earlier today to make a purchase and I was required to wear a mask. So, I decided to go somewhere else where this one isn't.I am part of a group of 50 THOUSAND people in favor of free choice regarding the wearing of masks in businesses.We give a 5-star rating to businesses that let people live and decide whether they want to wear a mask or not.Conversely, we will give a 1-star rating to businesses that continue to promote this climate of fear and segregation towards people who simply want to breathe freely.Before making a call to everyone on the group of, I repeat, 50,000 people and which continues to increase every hour, causing you a TSUNAMI of disastrous opinions, I will give you the chance to reconsider your policy and share it with your employees.THANKS!
