Had a little spill on my bicycle and they gave it a look and fixed what was needed. Still had issues after, so I brought it back. It was a manufacturer defect on one of the replaced items so they swapped it free of charge.

I love dealing with Paul's. We have bought bikes in the past and used their tune-up service. Now we bought a bike for our grand daughter service was great once again. Answered our questions. One very happy grand daughter.
Went back today to get one of our bikes fixed after my husband had a fall. Left the bike to be repaired. They say 2 days which is not bad at all.
