Familiprix in Pointe-Claire is truly a well run, friendly and professional pharmacy that provides a quality of service far above any I have ever seen. Nathalie Turgeon and her dedicated team have always gone way beyond the distance in making sure that my medical needs are met. They really do care. When I walk in, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm verbal welcome like "Hi Ajo, how are you feeling today?" When I call by phone, it's the same and it feels like family. Deliveries are never late and are courteous without exception. I usually love this pharmacy. Ms. Turgeon and the staff are very friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable and they have been very helpful in providing information about my prescription history that I have forgotten. I thought that with current Covid infection rates that it would be good to be "on-time" for a flu shot appointment rather than 15-30 min early but when I arrived perhaps 2 min late I was harassed and bullied. I am sorry I was late but I didn't receive any special instructions to be early. (And it was nice to not have to spend 10 minutes filling out a form. Seriously thanks for that.) I am concerned that these kinds of interactions are one reason that younger and middle aged men frequently avoid vaccinations and interactions with the health care system. If you want us to be early, let us know.

Familiprix Nathalie Turgeon is fantastic. She is a tremendous pharmacist and person..........very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable.....just and all 'round super person and top notch pharmacist. She goes out of her way to help you when you need it and really listens to her clients. I am very impressed with this, as it is not something you get in other pharmacies. Her staff are great, she has taught them well, it always comes from the top, and Nathalie, being a top notch teacher and pharmacist really knows her stuff, and how to deal with clients in a compassionate way and helpful way, shows her staff how to do the same. I have been with this pharmacy for a number of years and live a little bit out of the way from it, but I won't give it up as it is truly a wonderful pharmacy with a superb owner/pharmacist, Nathalie Turgeon. She is wonderful.
