It's really a joke! I was home all day, not a call, not a notification. I looked at the cameras in our building and saw that the delivery guy was at the next building. He left at 5:48 p.m. He just indicated “attempted delivery” and that “apparently” I was not at home (he wrote that delivered at 6:47 p.m. in the application)! Stupidity! He didn't even come into our building! This is really lousy service!!! The best option with them is to run like crazy towards their truck when they arrive!

I never write comments/complaints, but I'm done with all of this! We were waiting for our package all day long. We desperately need this very important package. We have access to our building cameras and saw that the driver made a delivery to the neighboring building and just left, never even came close to our building. He just marked it as "attempted delivery, client wasn't home". Disgusting behavior!!! If there will be another delivery company option, I'll always use the other one, but never Fedex!

It just said "delivery attempt - customer not at home". This is truly pitiful service!!! Now, if I have to order something, I will never choose Fedex, but always another option!

Incompetent- how companies can still work with this type of service. It seems to me that it also affects the reputation of the company if the delivery is incompetent..
The delivery men don't ring the doorbell and leave calling cards. In the end you have to go get your package yourself. What is delivery actually used for?
Companies skip your turn with Fedex and use other, much more efficient companies.

The WORST delivery company bar none.2 days of emails saying the package is out for delivery, now saying it will be delivered on Monday. 4 DAYS ON THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK.

These people are insane. The driver came to my building nocked the lobby door and left! They didnt even called my using buzzer! After calling fedex and giving the instructions they dont give a simple damn! Worst service ever in history. I would rate them -5 stars if i could!

The delivery guy rings the doorbell and immediately leaves, so even if you're home, they don't give a damn! They require a signature when you didn't ask for it. Worst service ever! Delivery guy should be fired! Go UPS or even Canada Post is better!

The employee on duty helped me a lot by lending me a cart to bring my package.He speaks more English than French but in this case it didn't matter

Terrible service I was at home today all day no one rang and it says trying to deliver the package and no one present I live in a condo unit and looking at the exterior cameras of the building no FedEx truck is passed and rang at my address how can this company keep delivery people who lie about deliveriesIf we look at the comments of other customers it is their ploy to say that they have no one and end their day earlyWow long live UPS impeccable service

The driver arrived to my building, never rang the bell, and simply call it a day without delivering my package. Worst service ever! Worst part is that now I have to wait till Monday cause they don't deliver on weekends. The don't deliver at all!
