I absolutely recommend this store! I was looking for shoes for my son’s birthday and Zee recommended me a pair. He was so happy! She was so kind and patient with me and knew what she was talking about!

Most of these bad reviews are just about people not getting attention from employees. And you cant complain about stock, footlocker's stock consists of newer releases or sneakers that just sit around. Employees are chill and the shoes there can be sometimes great.

Horrible service. I didnt get her name but was eerved by an asian girl with glasses. She was at the register. Ordered online and had it delivered to this location. As I arrived I was asked for id, I said I had the original receipt on my email and that my name wasn't spelled correctly anyways. They still made me go back to get it. I come back with it and a dude comes up to me and I show him my online receipt, guess what, NO ID. Like really girl you just had to ask for id for me to get shoes I already paid for? Ridiculous

First experience at this store. I was looking for a black leather shoe for college and I was told to go to this store. Since it's 45 minutes away, I called to ask if he had the said shoe and yes, they put it aside for the rest of the day. Arrived at the scene, lots of people, I took my box, tried it and left the store in 15 minutes. Smiling and helpful staff. A good evening leaving the store. I will go back because the service is good and the prices too.

I rarely do this, but when I do, it's only because I got a bad service. I asked the little tiny indian (brown)girl : "What happened to the customer service?"She then replied :" I understand, " which made no sense. I could understand they're overwhelmed with customers, but understanding a question and answering properly is the minimum they should be able to do. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO BUY SHOES THERE.

So useless and the employee that "helped" me was very arrogant. I asked him for a specific Converse shoe as it was made wider and he had an attitude saying that they are all made the same which is false and after he brought me a size to try he was nowhere to be found so we just left. Why bother spending that kind of money and giving someone a commission who clearly doesn't care. It's no wonder that people prefer shopping online
