On August 8, 22, one staff member completely ignored the cash line up. Leaving 20 people in line for one employee to check out. She however was at the second cash folding tank tops and texting on her phone. While the other employee was staring at her desperately for help. I asked her to check me out and she rolls her eyes and does so. I asked for the receipt in my hand, she rolls her eyes stuffs it in the bag and says \\\"it's in the bag\\\" and pushes the bag to me which almost fell off the counter. She then goes off the adjust a manicans top while completely ignore the rest of the lineup. Such disgusting customer service.

The quality of clothes has lowered and they have no selection in store for tall people.. I don't enjoy going to this store and hear the employees mocking customers

poor experience due to one associate who i assume to be the manager. Jenn was not only rude to the customers shopping in the store, but she was also blatantly rude to her employees. she was being very condescending demanding, and inconsiderate toward them, and it definitely set a bad tone that could be felt by anyone in the store. she could benefit from some training on what it means to be a leader, or perhaps a change of career bcs no one with such an attitude should be given any sort of authority over others

My tweens love the styles here and so do their friends. But the service is consistently sub-par. Today, we came for a gift card boy to find out that they open at 11am and not 10am like the rest of the mall. The employees were inside, so I called to ask if they could let me in just for a gift card. They, of course couldn’t let me 10:30am. Perhaps the cashes had not yet been opened, but I couldn’t wait an extra half an hour due to an appointment and had to leave. And sooo the gift card had to come from another store. During COVID, I would think that companies need to do more to keep their customers, to maintain their competitive advantage and not jeopardize a sale by offering less hours than their competitors, who happen to be in the same mall do.

I used to buy most of my clothes from this store. This place is great for the ages between 13-21. They have great style of clothes and not expensive at all. They really have good deals on clearance sales.
