Garbage. Garbage customer service. Horrible quality items. Manager who hides and makes their employees deal with things instead of them. Got a defective item and they refuse to change it.
Spend your money elsewhere. If I could have given 0 I would have.

I bought a set of chairs and center table for $750 last year and when I opened the box after my renovations I only had 1 back cushions for the 3 piece set I purchased. I decided to go back to the store 2 weeks ago to see if I could purchase 2 cushions. I noticed the same set for 50% less than I paid and then realized I am actually missing 2 cushions. The sales lady was nice enough to go downstairs and ask and if I could get my missing cushion and they told her "No". and that I should have advised them last year. They did not even ask if I had the bill and note the additional cushions are $55 each. I left and decided a few days later to send an email to their customer service Patty@Henryka and received the rudest response. Worst experience customer service!!!

It was a waist of time, not enough patio sets, the sets they had are not worth it, too expensive. , all The rest of the showroom had nothing worth buying. It’s not the Henryka, we use to know.

It's not like before (5 years) when I bought patio set with many other things. Prices was really good and there was many stuff for sell. Now price are not really cheaper than in others stores. It's become normal stores with same stuff all years.

Ordered a replacement roof for my gazebo. I went to pick it up and they brought the wrong one. I ask if they can go get the right one, “no, it doesn’t work that way.” a week later I pick up the right one, only to find that venting on top doesn’t fit at all, it’s way too small. The fasteners that attach the gazebo to the frame are all in the wrong position and are useless. Refused to give me a refund of any sort. Waste of money.
