Was deciding to open an account with HSBC. Was on my phone checking the perks and advantages of opening an account but one of the employee look so frustrated he threaten to call the police and told me to leave the parking lot. Now I know why they have such low ratings. Who wants to do business with them.

I deposits a stack of cheques amounting to over $8000, I didn’t get any receipt. When I asked, I was given a receipt for deposit of $200!!! I deposited cash, and they didn’t even count. I said, we need yo count it upfront. They said it’s ok. I said it’s not ok, what if there is a discrepancy. They said if do, it will reflect on my bank book. I said, then I have no recourse if they miscounted the cash! Just a crazy bank with crazy people working there. I finally closed my account and transferred everything to Royal Bank.

I came to collect my son’s credit card (supplementary card of mine) which was sent to this branch bcs we were on holiday but the process was very complicated. No wonder this branch get very low rating

Worst branch ever (no response, infinite loop when trying to reach someone, it may work only if you are Premier, incorrect information given, etc), comparing to all I've ever been in at least 4 countries I lived.
