Indigo is a great store with a lovely ambiance, located on the second floor. It is a go-to bookstore that has undergone a great redesign of the space. Customers can shop, have a coffee, and sit and read comfortably while making selections. The store is very clean and organized.
It features a coffee shop again, offering coffee that is not bad at all, with Cappuccino and Latte recommended. There are few tables available, many used by students.
The staff are very nice, friendly, helpful, and great. Employees clearly enjoy their work, and their knowledge, especially regarding books for specific age groups, is appreciated. The process for in-store pickup is efficient, often taking less than 5-10 minutes. However, the small courtesy of setting a book aside for a couple of hours is no longer offered, which some customers find disappointing. Overall, it is an awesome store that comes highly recommended.
It might be my favorite Indigo in Mtl. It is a shame that it is so far! They have a huge selection of books and a lot of gorgeous special editions. It is a massive store that is always clean nas has lots of parking spaces.

Lovely atmosphere with a great and helpful staff. Their database is updated, easy to understand and filled with a good variety of French and English books. The addition of the cafe on the upper level compliments well the store. It is a good place to relax or study while having a cup.
