What a great environment! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The classes are Group training however it feels like 1 on 1 training with the attention of the trainers. I am building strength and mobility. I love the Kettlebell Club!

Such a welcoming place ! The coach does a varied warm up with the entire class and then each one works on their personal goals and we all reunite to stretch at the end of the class.
