I love the Kettlebell Club! I really enjoy the class atmosphere. The coaches are great and the programs are adapted to your level. The classes are small and the coaches give individual attention. I always look forward to my workout.

I found this place while visiting family. I've always wanted to try kettlebells but never had an opportunity. I'm glad I gave it a try! This is a shoes off workout environment. You hang your outerwear by the door and take off your footwear. You can choose to be barefoot or wear socks. As a first timer, I was introduced to proper form, positions, and movement. The last thing anyone wants is an injury. I felt accommodated and thoroughly enjoyed my workout. You start off with stretching and stability to get warmed up and then you move on to specific exercises and sequences. Many had their own programs and designated weight expectations. It's not a large space but it allows for more personalized instruction. The instructors move around to check in on each individual. What I did notice and appreciate was the range of clientele. They welcome all ages and body types, and it felt inclusive. A nice community of like-minded people looking to gain muscle, improve strength, and increase mobility. In one class I could touch my toes and the floor! I can't even do that with multiple yoga sessions on a weekly basis! Thanks for the introduction and positivity! I'd love to come back in the future!

I cannot believe I never left a review here! This place is my second home! This club teaches you how to train and keeps pushing you to get better and stronger. The attention to detail and the level of personalization of the trainings is how they help you get there. Need to modify and exercise, they’ve got you. Need to make it harder, they’ve got you too!! I love the family ambiance and camaraderie. This is the place to go in the West Island if you want a personalized almost one on one training program that far exceeds hitting the gym and randomly trainings.

Louka Kurcer is the best health and fitness coach in Montreal, bar none. His passion for his discipline is unrivaled and he actively improvs his knowledge and his own wellbeing as well that of his clients. Over the years he has also become a valued friend and advisornot only in health but business discussions as well. For my personal training, due to shoulder injuries I am more than happy to leave traditional gyms behind and swing these canonballs!!

Here, people help each other and push themselves towards their goals. Coaches accommodate to your needs and everyone has a positive attitude during every workout. I am truly excited to start a new health path. All of the Kettle bell team are amazing and care and really helped me alot on my first day. I can't wait to go back but I'm sick with a bad flu so I'm recovering and will be back on Monday as I'm still recovering from a very bad cough and flu. Tania was so very nice and Lisa was so kind too about helping me tge trainer on Saturday morning on my first day was amazing!! Thank you all fir helping me to get on a healthy lifestyle. While it can be intimidating when you first start, Louka & his team really walk you through every move & training routine. It’s been an awesome experience for me. It helped with my back & muscle tension issues and my overall health. I feel motivated every time I start and end my sessions.

After many injuries and loss of mobility doing conventional training at gym past 20 years, I wanted to try something new and I’m very happy I chose Kettlebell Club. Training is focused on good posture, increased mobility and functional training. Great coaches and fun engaging classes.

I Love this place ! I am re-learning how to train and train with more body-mind awareness. I feel very lucky to have found this club with amazing trainers that care about your experience. I like that it's functional training, minimalist and very challenging at the same time.I was losing motivation at home and wasting time figuring out how to progress on my own with videos. Going to the club really helps me with motivation, proper technique (they really take time to correct us individually) and progression. Worth every penny. I recommend it to anybody who wants to get stronger no matter what your current level of fitness is at the moment.Thanks Louka for all your work and sharing all your knowledge/skills !

Hello, I share with you my opinion regarding the Kettlebell Club training center. I started this center towards the end of September. I met some good coaches from Laval. For my part, I started gradually since I had a knee injury. Yes, we work very hard. We go at our own pace. It should be noted that we are small groups. We are continually encouraged. Dan with his friendly sense of humor and Louka with his sense of rigor make this center unique. They are always available, in a good mood, attentive and they support us throughout the training process. Whether during warm-up or during our weight lifts. They respect our limits (wounds). With this type of training, it helped strengthen my knee. In addition, certain parts of the body have undergone a transformation (tone) which I greatly appreciate. Consider doing more than 6 weeks for noticeable weight loss. It goes without saying that a healthy diet is essential. It's my opinion. Good training.Karine Dorméus.
