Super amazing service, I had a car crash during a snowy day and everyone I spoke to was prompt and reliable . Service was as fast as possible and I was able to rent a car in the meantime right away. 100% recommend!!!

Just got into an accident and needed a car. Since my car was old I only had one way insurance. Owner of the company taking in my information gave me a car and on the quote only the price for daily,weekly monthly was on the invoice. When I brought the car back they had billed me $300 dollars for insurance which I already had through my own provider. They refuse to correct this and told me I should have read the contract.

Last week I had to drop off my car for repair and had to rent a car. The garage called Loue L' Auto. They came to pick me up in no time. They gave me a fully loaded Altima SR 2023, very clean. Loved the car! The driver was super friendly very professional and easy to talk to. The service I received was A1. The price for the rental was very reasonable and better than I expectedl! When my car was ready they were so kind to drive me back. The entire team were very helpful and friendly, such a wonderful group. I highly recommend them and will definitely rent again if I have to. If not, I will just stop by to say Hello! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and like family!

Rented a super clean Honda Odessey at the last minute from Loue L’Auto and was very pleased with the service received and price for the rental! The entire team is super friendly, accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with. The car was brand new and very clean. I highly recommend them and will definitely rent again for our next rental!
