Terrible service. The sales associate gave me a hard time and did not believe me that I had purchased one of the items I was exchanging despite having multiple emails with proof of purchase and while looking at customer profile on the app. She was saying it was not enough because the system was not showing the item. For my other item, they gave me a gift card and told me to do my own exchange online instead of doing it on their mobile devices on location when they had all the product’s information. I had to look through the website myself when I got home to make this exchange purchase.

This location never answers the phone. Unprofessional management team, they sent me an email for an interview and never got back for when would be the interview and when i emailed they never answered. They canceled an order before the specific time sent for pickup saying that i was too late even though the email they sent said otherwise.

They do not uphold the quality guarantee here. The smug cashier with shoulder length brown hair was unhelpful, categorically refused to look up the purchase and the excuse for as to why was unstable and when questioned, changed. She pretended they don’t take back items past a year of PRODUCTION DATE, but then when I mentioned I purchased leggings THIS YEAR that are dated on the date code sticker from 2022, suddenly “they would accept 2022 though”. Well that’s funny, a moment prior to that the leggings themselves had to be production dated within the last year to have the guarantee apply? Take your business elsewhere & make sure every piece you buy was produced the year you bought it!:)
Always disappointed with the service at this Lululemon, and this was a second time being poorly served by this specific employee.

This store has a wide range of products, so you can find all kinds of clothes you might need. The sale racks have a lot of colorful clothes, offering plenty of choices.

The customer service here is amazing! Dominique and Sierra were so helpful! It was my first time at this location and they made my shopping experience great. The lines were long and yet they didn’t make me feel rushed and recommended products that I ended up buying! I would highly recommend this location !

The service is usually super helpful and nice at this location but we had such a bad experience with one of the workers. She has long curly hair and thick glasses. She was very rude and when I asked a question, she responded very aggressively and made everyone uncomfortable. I love lululemon’s values but she does NOT reflect them and she should get fired. Also, it’s not the first time I see a review about the cashier with glasses. DO SOMETHING.

Normally, my experience at lululemon has been below average BUT Marisa was an absolute delight. She was kind, understanding and gave great customer service.The cashier beside her, on the other hand, was being quite rude to a customer. The client was asking very basic questions and the cashier kept accusing her of not properly cleaning her lululemon articles.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The cashier with the glasses super rude. I have had three separate issues with my lululemon leggings. Each time I have come to this location they do not want to uphold their policy. They keep saying there is a two year quality policy but if you speak to online support they have helped me with leggings of 5 years and more. Other locations like brossard has helped me and great customer service! This place is total garbage!

The worst lululemon store so far. I usually go to the Westmont one, Eaton Center one or the one on Catherine. Compare with these three, this one at Fairview has really messy presentation. The clothes are not well folded and the sections are also not well planed. The worst part is the service. The short cashier with glasses act like she own the store(obliviously she does not). Not professional and not friendly. All the other educators in the other stores are very nice and helpful. But those ones here appears incompetent for the job. Maybe should send them to be retrained in other stores. Anyway I won’t go to this one anymore
