My car suddenly showed the check engine sign & started to stop working..in a panic I called closest garage & randomly chose UG...it was one of the best choices I ever made. I was helped by Amine who was very quick to respond, take my car in, diagnose the problem, order parts, and fix the problem the same day...he even handled my insurance claim...I highly recommend this wonderful garage for their great service, courtesy, reasonable prices & very helpful & experienced staff...thank you & especially Amine, you're a life saver ?

My wife went for summer tire change on friday, staff seems friendly but my car was making weird noise from the wheel in front driver side.... at first i thought maybe the shocks or the brakes backplate but after jacking my car i realized that they did not used the bolts in the box, they used my winter bolt that are made for my winter rims, then the first screw on the front left wheel was way too easy to remove, no resistance at all with the bar then i was able to unscrew the other bolts with my fingers! I tested the other wheels and they were thighted! At first i was expecting to call them and just tell them to take care but i realize there is another review with that issue here. Its very dangerous. I could have lost a wheel and damage my car a lot and risking to hurt someone..... I've tighten the bolts and the car no longer makes noise, I dont understand that a garage does not have any quality control and the same issues happens twice within a month.

I wish I would have done a deeper dive on the reviews it’s now obvious the glowing ones are not real.My regular mechanic was so busy so I called these guys because of my cursory glance at the reviews.Never again. I’ll wait for my guy.I paid to replace air filter, switch out tires and oil change. My car is telling me I still need an air filter!I will be reporting this theft.Update: now my change oil light is on. I guess they didn’t change that either. Will check the Better Business Bureau.

The two owners are nice but the services are poorly provided. The last 3 times I used their services, I had to go back for adjustments. There were stains on a seat, a repair of a “link” poorly done the first time, which had to be adjusted and poor tire balancing during a change… Normally easy services but poorly carried out. Very disappointing...lots of wasted time going back to the garage for them to correct their mistakes...
