Worst customer services ever !They mention 3 days after you pay to be able to return something and most of the stuff are back order!I have putted 1k as a deposit! And I can even get it back! WOW ! Mine as well you should put this money to invest in your customer service !As for the customer services the seller there she was really nice other then that NEVER GOING AGAIN TO MOBILIA !!

You have to be very patient for delivery. No call to advise or follow-up regarding receipt of furniture. We have to call them several times to get information. Very poor customer service, shows no interest in the customer.

Bought this chair that’s tearing in multiple spots 1 month ago and Mobilia says it’s my fault and won’t do anything to replace it. Steer clear, very poor quaility. Stay with Ikea

Avoid Mobilia like the plague.If I could give zero stars, I would.Purchased an armchair that was in stock. They called and confirmed delivery day and time twice! Yes, twice. Armchair never showed up on delivery day.Customer service is l i t e r a l l y non-existent. Been calling their number for a week non-stop every day all day. Automated voice says you're #1 in the queue but redirects to voice-mail after 10 minutes. No way to get hold of a human to re-schedule delivery. Website has an utterly useless chatbot. Cannot cancel the order and cannot check the order status online either.Never again.

I received a wrong color of sofa and found that our piece is missing at the warehouse.I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Lina Sore, sale rep at the store. The representative was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Even now, she is constantly following up with me to make sure that I am fully satisfied. Lina quickly found a way to make everything right: she exchanged our sofas for better quality one and she made many phone calls until I got a compensation for all this troubles. I would definitely use this company again, just because of her. If you need any help to buy the furniture, just find Lina and you will be served as Royal family. My experience shopping at Mobilia Pointe-Claire was amazing. Top quality service and top quality products. Then the delivery happened. This was sent to me in the expectation that I would receive it... Unbelievable for a company that advertises as high caliber.

Extremely disappointed with Mobilia’s service! They sent me a bad lamp priced over 400$! and it's been almost a month with no response. Their after-sales helpline is unresponsive, and the store staff shrugged off my concerns, blaming it on their workload. This domineering attitude is unacceptable for the price they charge. Warning others to beware! They need to address this issue promptly and show more respect to their customers. Otherwise, I won't consider them for any future purchases. Terrible experience!

I always come to grab a snack before entering very delicious and vegetarian hotdog option available for 1$ only. Also, if u want there is a restaurant next to the elevator at the second floor. I recommend buying the poutine from there large one is 6,99$ and also they have Salmon Salad for 7,99$.This my trick before to do any shopping to be fully awake and fully prepare to spend the waiting time with ur partner ?

We purchased a leather sofa and love seat at the West Island location. It was a special order as we choose a leather that wasn’t on the show room floor. We dealt with Sylvia, a saleswoman who has been in the business numerous years. She was professional and full of information about the products in the showroom as well as any matters involved in the purchase. She allowed us to take home sample colours and gave us the time to reflect on what we wanted. I especially appreciated that we never felt hurried into a sale. Everything that was promised was delivered and in a shorter time line that was estimated. The delivery team were excellent as well and offered us the delivery that suited our needs. We would definitely recommend visiting the showroom and purchasing products from them.

We purchase 3 week ago a credenza from the store on Pointe-Claire and after we received it, we notice some issues ( the two doors were not closing properly and one drawer as well).The store directed us to an e-mail address and a customer service phone, with the mention that could have some delay in the answer due to the big volume of sales. We contact the costumer service representative by e-mail and phone. In the e-mail we mentioned that we prefer to have an exchange rather than the fixing by a technician that they propose and their answer come after a week, that for the color of my piece they are out of stock . Yesterday and today I try to call them, today I spend 4h on the phone nobody was answering or call back and in mean time my 30 days to return the item will pass.I believe that for a company like Mobilia caliber they should have a better custom service and quality of the products.I just want to add that the issues was solved , the technician that Mobilia send to adjust the unfitted parts was very knowledgeable and professional.
