What I like
A) The store and layout. Easy to navigate.
B) The employees some of them were kind and one asked for help if need be. God bless you.
C) Some of the clothes looks good.
What I did not like:
A) Did not purchase anything yet. Will update in the future.
B) The store needs improvement in terms of attracting more people it looks like a warehouse type of store but that’s just me.
Conclusion:
It’s okay it looks good and hope they improve and be conservative for future generations to come.

Such horrible people. I was there today and an older woman in a wheelchair was trying to return something. I don’t know any details except that the lady was clearly upset and a young girl behind the counter was pointing to and laughing at her. I heard the lady ask for a manager but she just left. I felt badly to see someone clearly in need of assistance be treated with disdain. Shame on Old Navy for allowing such a rude attitude with their staff.

Most of the time for teenager clientèle, old navy its the place to go and prices are reasonable that won t break your bank .

Old Navy moved in Fairview near the food district! Good location, huge full of choices. They offer actually 20% off on a limited items. I liked their cute dog in the entrance.
