I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase, and I feel compelled to share my experience because it has truly ruined my birthday. Every year, I treat myself to a gift on my birthday, and this year, I was looking forward to buying a chain bracelet from Pandora. My birthday is next week, so I decided to visit the store and, as usual, I was excited to treat myself.
When I arrived at the Pandora store with my daughter, we spent time selecting the perfect bracelet, and the sales associate was very kind and helpful. I also had an email with a 30% discount, which made the experience feel even better. I had narrowed it down to two options: a big-link chain bracelet and a smaller one. After some consideration, I chose the larger link bracelet, but I was unsure. The sales associate assured me that, although the item couldn’t be returned, I could always exchange it if I changed my mind.
Since I didn’t want to keep an extra box at home, I agreed when the associate asked if I wanted to keep the bracelet in my hand. Everything seemed fine, and I was happy with my choice. However, shortly after, my husband met us at the mall, and when he saw the bracelet, he suggested that the smaller link would actually look better with the other bracelet I already owned.
Less than 30 minutes after making the purchase, and still within the same mall, I returned to the store to request an exchange for the smaller bracelet. To my shock, the staff immediately refused, saying it wasn’t possible because I had the bracelet in my hand. They consulted with the manager, who insisted on upholding the policy, but she never came out of the back room to speak with me directly or explain the reasoning in person. I was left feeling completely ignored and frustrated.
What’s even more upsetting is that I was not informed about this policy by the sales associate at the time of purchase. If I had known that even a quick exchange would be an issue, I would have made a different decision. This whole experience has made me feel disrespected and, honestly, it has ruined what should have been a special birthday treat for myself.
Because of this, I will not be shopping at Pandora Fairview again, and I’m left with a bracelet that only brings me frustration. I’ve put it away in my closet and have no intention of wearing it. It’s a shame, because I’ve always liked Pandora, but this experience has completely soured my opinion.

I don't understand what a lot of these people who have given terrible reviews to this Pandora location are talking about. I have been shopping here ever since the Fairview, Pointe-Claire location opened, and have never received anything short of outstanding service from all their employees. (Having said that, every other location I have visited has also given me great customer service.) Many employees have come and gone, but the quality of service has not changed. I have always been treated with kindness, respect, enthusiasm, and enormous patience. It has been my experience, that in life, you get back the same attitude you exude. Thank you to all the hardworking Pandora staff, with special mention to the Fairview staff! ?????

I had the intentions of buying a ring from pandora this saturday afternoon. However, i was greated with unprofessionalism and lack of respect. I entered the store while all the sales associates where busy and waited patiently for my turn as they finished up with their current clients. Waited a solid 20 minutes with no greeting as other customers walked in and were served before us. Went to swarovski ended up paying a little more but way more worth it than this awful customer service.

*** By the way, do not call the number they ask you to call to resolve the situation, they will hang up on you if you ask for a representative in French!***For those who want to give a gift: avoid!! If the jewelry (engagement ring by the way) doesn't do it, no one will tell you that if it has been worn twice (and they check with magnifying glasses/lights) that they won't do anything for you. Very disappointed with the service, employees with a haughty air who have difficulty speaking in French, I had to go and have it adjusted in another jewelry store and now after barely 2 weeks my finger is all green with oxidation. Even if this would be the fault of the other merchant who adjusted it for me, having had good service from the start would have changed everything. I won't go back there again and I advise you the same thing.

Bad customer service! Very racist and does not respect their exchange policies. Don't get caught! If you want to exchange or get a refund they will refuse without valid reason!!!! My boyfriend bought me a ring but it is too big for my finger I just wanted a smaller size and they refused to serve me. I will never shop in this store for sure after this!!!

worst place in the world I sold a ring for my wife's grandmother and we had to have it adjusted to size and I flat out refused to serve me more than mediocre customer service I have the impression that he is telling you everything for to extract money from you, we promised that we would wait until January 28 to exchange, adjust the size or refund and not honor anything at all. last time I will buy or refer people to this place of professional scammer

Wanted to go in to buy some jewelry, at first the attendant refused to speak to me in English, pretending she didn't understand. Finally she spoke in perfect English but told me to wait on the side "because there wasn't any sales person available", so I did and apparently that wasn't enough, they wanted me to physically leave the store and stand behind a sign outside waiting! Forget it! I'll take my business elsewhere....
