I honestly did not like the fact that you're in line for about 45 min to an hour. Only 2 employees working, and the whole time I was in line, one employee was with a lady for over 50 minutes. By the time I saw an employee, they didn't have the size I wanted. I did go online, and it said that the item was in store only. Not a great experience. I want my time back.

Please train your employees to handle in store pickups better, why did i pay for it be ready in advance and wait, and it’s not fair that we have to wait in the same line as people shopping in store, at that point we should just buy in store and try on there, there is no point for pickup. I waited 40 minutes in line for pickup that i paid for and had received the “ your order is ready to pickup” message by email.I bought 2 items for pickup since they sold out online and were only available here, I’m very disheartened by the lack of care put into this store.The manager Kayla was very unprofessional and did not know how to organize her team. She repeatedly said “Im on break” and “that everyone in line is here for pickup” which very much wasn’t the case, there was five people in line and only one person was actually there to pickup, the others were there to shop in store.Moreover, it took 10 minutes for the employee to “find” my order. I understand a lot of people ordered, but to show such disorganization and require other employees to help you find “my ready order” is very silly, other stores like Sephora handle pickup so much better.I will also mention that Pandora Mirabel handles this 10 times better. Pandora fairview manager does not care at all. Im disappointed and i see other reviews feel the same.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online for pick up in store and they wanted me to wait a 50 min line up just to pick up the bag!!!!!

Order is paid and ready for pick up, yet we need to wait in line to enter the store. Employee estimated the wait time at roughly 30-40min, but she reassuringly said ‘it’ll only be 2min once you’re in!’Yes… I could ve been in and out in 2min but I’m stuck in line.

*** Edited post ***I just wanted to point ouf that this week the district manager called me and set things right. She exchanged the ring with no hassle. Her customer service was impeccable and professional as well as the employee who served me.If I can put a zero as my review, I would!!! But unfortunately the site wont let me. My daughter bought a ring and after being fitted, it was still loose.She only noticed really when she walked out of the store returning a bit later to get a refund or a size smaller. She walked in and then out because they were busy. Waited again 2 hours to be served to be told she had it on her finger..no refund or exchange. Called today to speak to manager Caterina ( Corina) from Fairview Pointe-Claire.bad service..impolite..no way of getting a compromise..my daughter just wanted a size lower..now we will never shop there again. Pandora, you say you value your customer service..prove it..First you should fire your manager. Useless for customer service!! And the wait times unacceptable!!I had to add to my post..Pandora corp you should read all the reviews in the last months and see that there is a problem..revamp the store with a new manager and new staff. This is ridiculous!

Visited a week ago and everyone was so amazing … I’m so confused at the bad reviews previously , great great service!! Everyone was so sweet but special shout out to Lauren ( think it was) - she explained everything thoroughly and also introduced me to the customization machine lol. 10/10 service.

So I have been in this store many times as my daughter is a big Pandora fan. Terrible customer service they make you feel likeYou are irritating them. I WILL never shop there again.

Rebecca was super helpful and friendly! I came in right before closing so I felt bad, but she seemed very happy to help me find my ring size and gave me really good suggestions.

Great business model !!! Wait outside to go shop and give you money???While you make people wait and try to make profit to pay your crazy rent at the mall every month, I hope people realize and go shop online or Amazon .Guess what!!!!YOU WAIT TO GET MY MONEY!!!!

Making clients wait in a line to go into a store to shop and spend money (when there's only 2 people in the store), hmmmm, there's a great business tactic.Required us to give our email just to have the warrantee honored? Just more spam to come.Although the young lady that helped us was very nice and helpful, I just didn't like the overall feel of the store, business. I'm in no hurry to return.

Can I give ZERO stars? My daughter went for a bracelet cleaning on June 25 at the end of the day. (Pandora Fairview) The sales lady told her that since COVID, Pandora stores DO NOT OFFER ANYMORE cleaning service. And told her that the only way is to buy the 25$ cleaning product.My young daughter told her that she would try at one of the Downtown stores, and the woman told her that there is not cleaning service anymore at any Pandora store.The lady lied, as we have confirmed with Pandora online chat that the cleaning service is still available.So my daughter bought the product. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I was there today, and not for the first or second time since we are done with Covid rules. Every time the employees made me to wait outside in the line. There policy is absolutely ridiculous and the employees are very rude. So disappointed for Pandora… I do not recommend anyone to go there!

Worst customer service ever. After placing order online and being sent an email that it was ready for pickup, I arrive to the store and there is a long line outside. I call and explain that I’m just picking up an order and am told that I still have to wait in line. There are five customers in store and a lineup of about 6-8 people in front of me and no movement in the 15 minutes that I was waiting. What is the point of placing an online order if you still have to line up? Call Pandora customer service for them to ship order instead and they can’t do anything. I have to wait 3 days for order to be cancelled and place a new order for shipment. Will never buy from them again.

Extremely disappointed went to the store to get my bracelet cleaned which use to be for free was told they no longer offer the service but I can buy a kit or spend 150.00$ & get a free bracelet. Not sure how customer oriented that solution is.
