Doesn't seem to shine like some other parmaprix. Demographic is high and stock should be increased. Also can you get your staff to smile. Connect with clients. People are feeling strage. You have a platform to spread some love. Just a bit. Smile!

Very inconsistent service. Some days is 5 stars with smile and fast, other days they make me wait very long and feels like I’m disturbing them.

Bought a gift card to exchange for perfume! Fabiola the manager tells me that the card is fake and refuses to exchange my card! Do not buy trading cards at Pharmaprix!!

I went to pick up a Noloxone kit and was turned away because it was to close to closing hour. The kit was not for me, it was for someone else and the pharmacy is about a hour out of my way. This stuff saves life's and I really hope it's not need.

I had a great experience at pharmacy Marco, pointe Claire. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed and answering all my questions. The pharmacy was clean and well maintained . I appreciated the quick service and the personalized care I received. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for professional and attentive service.

On three separate occasions when re-filling a prescription on-line, I got a message saying "prescription refused". Upon calling them,to inquire, I am told the drug is on back-order. Why did no one call me to tell me why was happening? Why did I have to call them? Why didn't they act civilly and caringly when asked what thy were doing about this issue? Time to change Pharmacies and go somewhere that the Pharmacy actually cares about their clients andhad to give shows some degree of professionalism and empathy. The only reason I gave one star is because that is the liwest possible rating accepted. Don't go here, go somewhere else.
