They don't respect opening hours. I arrived at 9:50 a.m. and it's still closed even though on Google it showed that the store is open at 8 a.m.

Looking for odd size exhaust clamp. Nothing was showing on electronic catalog. Fortunately this location still had paper catalogs and found a part#. Best of all had one on the shelf.

I was served by an employee named Eric and from the start he had a very bad attitude.I wanted to buy some parts and I asked him for his opinion and he was very rude.I kept my calm throughout but I almost got carried away because he didn't even want to sell me the part since according to him I wasn't sure and I was possibly going to return the part to him and “put it up for sale”. 'towards its inventory'.This kind of customer service is unacceptable... NAPA must choose its employees better because it definitely directly impacts its customers!

I ordered an ignition coil for my car.It was 30$ cheaper at Amazon but it will take 2 days to come while on NAPA website it was promised next day.Next day I called am, and they told me that they will call me when the command is received.At th end of the day, They called me to tell me that because of Thanks Giving, the warehouse did not open but till the morning and thus the command is late and it will be received next day.Next day I waited for their call untill 3:30pm. They did not call me so I called to learn that they ordered the wrong part!It was a horrible service with horrible situation they put me in without even take the time to inform me. They blame the wrong order to a mistake due to under-stuff but they could not justify why they kept me till I called them by the end of the day!On top of that, they had the part at Mont-Royal location but it was too late for me to reach there before closing and they did not do any effort to fix the situation like having someone bringing the part to the West Island location to pick it up.So unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetant! good luck with them!

Employees at the store dont wear masks during this extreme Omicron COVID wave. Entered the store and saw the clerk not wearing his mask, I told him he forgot his mask off and he said yeah I know! I asked him if he could put his mask on and he said no and he does not have to put it on because he is standing behind a half meter by half meter glass (like that is going to stop Omicron!). Will never come back to this store, stick to the bigger stores where the employees respect their customers and provincial health guidelines.

I was today to ask about strut bolts. The guy (east european face) answer me very agressif and I try to understand why? Sorry , probably sometimes we ask stupid questions but ... It's second time when same guy talk with me like that.With the other one (the older) I never had this problem.
