The worst branch ever. I opened a new bank account online, went to this branch to verify my ID after 48 hours. I was told everything is set, I should be able to receive the card soon. After one week, I got an email saying that "Verify Your ID in Branch To Activate Your New Account". Totally waste of time!

Worst worst worst branch. Shame on the other workers who does not treat people equally. The manager is very incompetent , they dont escalate problems. We will report this branch to the head management, they seems racist and not doing their best to stay the clients. No progress after all the people who post poor reviews to this specific branch.

Went to this branch today , all in all unhelpful teller and her manager.Suggested us to open a joint account but they don’t have appointments for a week.It’s like hey i want to put MY MONEY in your bank and you are telling me that you’re too busy to open an account ? While there was not a single other customer in the branch.So we went to scotia bank right next to it. They opened similar joint account Within 15 mins.Canceling everything with RBC , pathetic service and it’s not the first time.

10 business days ago, I was using the ATM machine. Just as I deposited 5, 100 dollar bills (500 dollars), the power went off. I reported the incident at the time it happened. I went to the branch 2 more times to follow up. I was told in 5-7 business days I would get credited for the deposit and it was 100% guaranteed that the money was not lost in the machine or that when the power returned, it was not spit back out to be stolen by someone else using the machine. To Date, I have not heard back. The branch is not providing any updates, it is way past the proposed resolution date promised to me. I got my debit card back. I got no money back. I consider this money stolen at this time. I am frustrated and I am wasting my time and worry over this. I understand it was not the fault of the bank for the power outage (sunny day, no wind). Why does the bank have no UPS backup. Why can the bank not tell me what the process is for this type of event. They apparently have cameras on the ATM machine. I am ready to call the police and report the money as stolen. I will use this police report to sue the bank for my money, my lost interest, my frustration.

I was standing in line at an ATM today monring, and one of your employees, with a blue shirt and black pants, brought a customer and cut me off without asking. I've never seen an employee cut in line so rudely!! Please train your staff right!!!

This branch has always been the best. The people working there are always willing to help me in any way the can. They have always taken the time to help me the best way possible. Always such a good attitude!! I have tried other branches closer to where I live now and I always go back to Pointe Claire. Never disappointed!!!

absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life, constant lies, I’ve been trying to to open an account there disorganized lack of information they tell me and always wrong with days. Things that should take days like they say actually takes weeks on weeks with calls and many visits.
