I could not be happier with the service I received from Rocartz. As an interior designer, I work with stone companies all the time, and Rocartz consistently exceeds expectations. I chose them for my own personal kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Amazing experience with RocArtz.
Mathew Lévesque and his team of installers were punctual, professional, helpful, and respectful from start to finish.
From the initial consultation, with Mat he took the time to explain every step, answer all of our questions, and make sure we were completely comfortable with the process.
The job was completed without any issues, and with great attention detail. The installers worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and treated our home with care.
It’s clear that customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are top priorities for this company. Although we are still in renovations, our counter top and backsplash are stunning.

Absolutely recommend this company. I went through Mon Espace Design in Gatineau. Had no expectations and was frankly a little nervous. Must say the while affair went so smoothly and without a hitch. From the man who took the measurement and was extremely friendly and made really helpful recommendations to the two installers who were perfectionists. The two seams are so hard to spot. They shimmed in several places which is so appreciated because of how challenging it was for us to install our cabinets in an older home. The counters look stunning and the extra for Ogee nosing was worth every penny. I would mostly definitely use them again for our bathroom projects.

Very pleased with our experience with RocArtz. The company was professional, reliable, responsive and competitively priced. Their installers were exceptionally meticulous and efficient. The counter is in two pieces and looks seamless. They also showed up exactly when they said they would (admittedly, something every reputable company should be able to do but is so not often the case in this industry!). I would definitely recommend RocArtz.

I came to RocArtz to fix a messed-up quartz counter job from Granite Island (A truly horrible experience). I was really upset and Mathew was incredibly helpful from the moment I spoke to him. He calmly explained what he thought had happened and what could be done to fix it. This included cutting parts of the counter on site, polishing the edges and installing them correctly. From Mathew to the technician/installers the service was amazing, professional and competent. Most of all you could tell how much they cared. I loved my experience and would highly recommend RocArtz.

I was disappointed with my experience at Rocartz. I felt the customer service (sales) did not meet my expectations — communication was unclear and I didn’t feel supported during the process. I hope they can improve the service for future clients we finally bought somewere else sorry maybe another time will give you a chance to serve us

We were referred to Rockartz by Aki Hliaris (AH Design Studio Inc- which we also recommend).
We were helped by Mathew Levesque. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, creative, patient, and personable. He has been working there for 10 years and really knows his stuff.
There is a wide selection of materials and they produce many counters each week.
We were just checking things out and are not ready to order yet however we were impressed!
