I’d just like to thank the nice lady who helped me do an online exchange today. I special ordered two extra-small tops through the store but still wanted to see how they would fit compared to the small sizes at the store - turned out that the small fit better and the lady was so patient to help me do the exchange.Thank you so much and you are my favorite store!!

This branch of Roots in Fairview have many choices for clothes, but not for the bags!They have actually after holidays sale on a few things.I liked their cute Roots bears ? would be a great gift to a kid.I noticed that they have two a box of coffee ready to give!

Bought clothes. Want an additional small bag since it’s a gift to my cousin. The clerk I don’t remember her name said I need to pay for it. They asked my name and postal code when I did my purchase ? How am I supposed to tell you my name ?
