Wow. Probably the most unprofessional and incompetent staff out there. How can you stamp a customer's bill with "final sale" without warning them that this is a final sale prior to completing the transaction. And on top of it, there was no reason to stamp that bill. This was not a sale item or an item that can qualify as a final sale item due to personal hygiene.
I will be reporting you to consumer protection. I guarantee you.

The smell of their changing rooms has been terrible since a few months. It is not going away. I am not sure what is going on, but I cannot even dare to put my foot in those anymore.

I went in on a quiet Monday afternoon and not one sales person approached me while I was there for about 20 minutes. Never knew what the sales were. Felt like I was intruding. No other customers in the store. It's a shame because I buy 80%of my work clothes at rw&co and I bought nothing.

The RW&Co. brand stocks wardrobe essentials that lean on traditional to traditional-modern in cuts/ styles.Always pleased shopping here knowing that the clothes will generally stand the test of time and may be worn years later without worry of looking dated.The quality is medium with fair price for value. Staff has always been helpful and courteous during any of my visits.
