I’ve been a long time Sephora customer and the service can be a hit or miss but I’ve experienced an incredible service today (morning of January 2nd)
I went in for an exchange because the online order I received was wrong, I got the Paco Rabanne Phantom instead of the J’Adore Dior perfume. The manager, I forgot to ask her name, went above and beyond and called the customer service line and explained to them the situation. I find it rare for employees to do that just because you need to assist other clients or have other tasks to do throughout their shift. All in all, thank YOU for taking your time to help.

As a man, I walked in knowing absolutely zero about make up I was served by a nice lady named Yasmine who took the time to understand my skin tone and recommended which products I needed. Fantastic experience and will definitely return in the future. Highly suggest seeing Yasmine. Very nice, patient and takes the time to understand what it is you need/best for your skin.

My mom asked for a specific Dior eyeliner earlier today which the employee gave her. The box opening was kind of ripped and it felt light so she asked if it was opened or something the employee kept on denying stating that it’s impossible and that it’s in a good state. My mom asked if she can get another box but was told that it’s the last one. Trusting the employee my mom went to the cash to pay but she wanted to make sure one last time that it’s not actually empty, the cashier started laughing stating there’s no way it’s empty, so my mom asked her to open it which the cashier did, turns out it was empty and there was only the eyeliner sharpener in the box. My mom just left the store after that. I want to talk about three points. First of all, let’s say my mom fully trusted the employees and bought the box and got home to find it empty, then wanted to go back and return it, how would they believe that she didn’t just take it out the box? It would create just a useless situation. Second of all, I don’t wanna be a Karen I’m just mentioning this for the poor customers that can potentially deal with these types situations, Sephora has been really disorganized and untrustworthy lately. Third of all, they be acting as if they’re so professional making employees put headpieces and hiring security and making everything seem so under control 😂 but i realized it’s just all a show cause people are still stealing , like there’s literally empty boxes that are on sale, empty boxes on sale like what type of disorganized business is that. Anyway the whole point of this review is that hopefully this doesn’t happen to more people and hopefully employees that are just wandering around the store are actually assuring no one is stealing or actually removing empty or disfunctional items. I figured it’s just better to buy from a pharmacy or la baie or online or something since things are stored more in an organized and clean manner.

Nicest Sephora workers I’ve ever met in my life, they made sure I get the right products that I needed and I am so grateful that they help me get a whole skincare routine.

The guy manager Sky is the rudest employee. Everytime I go to this location he seems like he hates his job and you never feel welcomed when you enter the store. He rolls his eyes and his very unprofessional.

condescending service at the cash when i was returning products, nov 7th 2024, the employee and manager.
So when I buy $$$ they give me a smile, when I return product they say « it not good for the environment ». i know how retail works, we pay for returns in the retail price by oem. And I spend a crazy amount each year at sephora, but the amount spent should not matter for respectful services.

I visit this Sephora twice a year, during the summer and winter. Sadly, it seems that the most passionate and knowledgeable staff members are not retained, and it’s been downhill since then. In January 2024, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely young woman named Lara, who had long black hair. Her makeup was always meticulously done, and her advice was invaluable. Recently, I asked for her and was informed that she was no longer working there. In my recent visits, I haven't encountered anyone with the same enthusiasm and charisma, which is disappointing.
I'm writing this review because I never got the chance to thank this young woman for her exceptional service. My experience with her was unforgettable. At 49 years old, I felt truly beautiful, understood, and accepted for the first time. I hope this store recognizes the impact of employees like her. If Lara reads this, I hope she knows how much she influenced my life. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this location.

Came to this location to make a return. I got to the cash and nicely said it's for a return. Patrica asks me for my phone number and I start saying it, she rudely taps with her nails to the screen for me to type it. So I did, I even said oh sorry. 1st item I'm returning was a conditioner, I told her the smell is horrible. She rudely replies well you could of smelled the tester. I said I ordered it online. She says rudely again "still".(excuse me say what?!?) I'm like sorry but I never have problems here at sephora. No reply from her obviously. My item was under 30 days and the other one over 30 days. She say pointing to the over 30 days that's it's over 30 days, exchange only She says. I said yes I'll take store credit. Before I even blink she refunds both items on a gift card. I'm like wait the other one is on my credit card. So here comes her more attitude, she's like you said store credit. I'm like for the other one. She calls manager, she nicely cancels the transaction. Patricia mumbles to manager that I said I wanted store credit for both to save her... Worst of she never asks me she just assumed. I had to now wait for the cancelation to go through. Fine. Another employee came instead of attitude problem Patricia and this one was very nice. But wow what a horrible customer service from Patricia, right off the bat she was giving me attitude. Get her off the floor!!! She belongs in the back. I never ever had problems with point claire sephora. Btw will be sending this to head office as well. 2024-07-18 @10:22 FYI this is the exact reason why I shop online to not have to deal with employees who think they own the store and have the right to speak rudely to anyone they please. And exactly the reason I did not want both items on store credit so I spend less time in store.

Shop here with my daughter. Very happy with all the help they give for a young girl just starting to wear makeup. The staff is wonderful.
