went in today to find a gift for my little sister. the store was beautiful and the employees were so welcoming and knowledgeable. they instantly found exactly what i wanted with very vague guidelines from me. very impressed with the employee who helped me pick out the earrings she was absolutely wonderful. thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at the Swarovski store in Fairview Pointe-Claire. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the beautiful collection. The store itself is elegant and well-organized, making it easy to browse and find the perfect piece. Customer service was attentive without being intrusive, creating a welcoming and pleasant shopping atmosphere. I had bad experience with the store at Fairview. If I can give zero stars I would. I got a gift for Christmas from a client and it did not fit my hand, I went to the store to return it with the gift receipt, they refused forcing me to get a gift card from the store and the manager was very rude when I told her I can not ask the client to come back to the store with her card to return the gift. I had the same situation at winners and they retuned the coat, I got it as a gift with a gift receipt as well. Very bad customer service. My advise is to NEVER buy anything with a gift receipt from them. BYEEEE.
