We had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to two amazing employees. Marwan helped us with flooring and was absolutely wonderful—he listened carefully to our needs, gave us great advice, and was super friendly the whole time. He had such a positive attitude and a constant smile, which made the experience really pleasant.
When we went to customer service to finalize our bill, Eva assisted us, and she was just as amazing. She was incredibly patient, very helpful, and took her time to make sure everything was done properly, all while staying kind and smiling throughout the process.
Thank you so much, Eva and Marwan, for your excellent customer service!

Truck rental idiot policy
Needed a truck for 4 hours at 9am I'm told we can't get it because its reserved tomorrow at 11am.

The pro desk is supposed to be open at 7am here at 7:15am and not open 👎 then don’t have a problem desk if you guys can’t open at the right time

about 80% of the employees working on the floor are absolutely useless ...
Every time I come here, because we have a company HD card, I am disappointed, they don't care to greet or give any customer service. A few good employee's but doesn't make up for the difference of bad/inattentive ones unfortunately.

Nothing gets me more discouraged than going to this mess of a store. Items are often unavailable with a shoping cart and traveling through lanes is just as bad.
