Store is very clean and organized! They have a lot of cool merch (from anime to Sanrio) and they carry a nice selection of basic, everyday wear clothing. I love coming here to get minimalist work-fits, their tapered wide-legged pants are of nice quality. My favourite part is the self-checkout (no need to scan a barcode, how cool is that?!)

Today, I went to exchange a legging which was ripped as I bought not even a month ago. I did not had the receipt there was a girl working I told her as I can provide you the exact transaction amount so you can reprint the receipt. But she denied by saying unfortunately it has been worn so we don’t do any exchange.,If the item is damaged that doesn’t mean you guys don’t do exchange . It has to be done in place. If you can’t do any then work on your quality of product and life you are providing.Very Bad experience and useless customer service.January 04 2024, Thursday

Bad service the team on Thursday December 15 was unpleasant in the way they did things, this is the first time I have been disappointed by the staff. Although the cashier was correct, his supervisor was not at all professional (lack of sensitivity and knowledge of how to deal with customers) for my part, never again at Fairview Uniqlo.

I exchanged items purchased online for in store items.All the staff I dealt with was exceptionally nice, helpful and knowledgeable, the person who processed the exchange, the changing room girl, the staff who helped search for items.THE INABILITY TO RETURN IN STORE THE ONLINE PURCHASES AND THE 10$ RESTOCKING FEE WILL STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ME TO EVER SHOP UNIQLO ONLINE.
