The Voyages CAA-Québec Travel Centre is a very, very busy place, often packed to the door with a lineup. It can be underserved and understaffed, leading to long waits. The full line takes around 40 minutes without an appointment, and the waiting time may be doubled if the queue goes outside. People have to stay standing. Despite this, the staff is very kind and people here try to do their best to serve you as fast as possible. It offers a full range of comprehensive travel solutions and services for travellers, whether members or not. This includes a travel boutique for planning trips like cruises, Sun getaways, Disney vacations, or group tours. Services also include passport photos, visas, an International Driving Permit, car rental, and travel insurance, which is a good place to buy. Members enjoy exclusive benefits and can purchase attraction tickets and travel literature. For those using their own car, CAA has got you covered. It is also the only place for some to do things concerning the SAAQ. Customers can find various travel items, from laundry detergent to a money belt.
I was looking for a place to have international driving license for travel to Europe. This CAA branch was not crowded and I get my IDP in 5 minutes
