Products are well arranged and clean.
It was nice that it was close to the hotel so I could easily purchase the products I needed.
You can purchase simple food at the entrance of the store, and there was also a California roll.

Well...After the Many days and months of shopping at the Walmart store in Pointe Claire....I've noticed that things are not going well...At least for the amount of Stock and the Tidiness of the Store...And seeing What KIRKLAND has done to their WALMART...WOW!...Looks better than the sloppy Pointe Claire Store...Hopefully some good change will come to the PTE CLAIRE Walmart..

1/3-1/4 of your store is clothing and you don’t even have a working changing room???? Customer had to buy clothes and if it does t fit, customer has to spent their precious time returning it? Seriously!?
I haven’t even seen even one mirror, walking around the clothes section.

short story: NEVER EVER trust what the walmart employee tells you, do your own research!
Once again, a few months back I have been lied to by employees that I could return the Sodastream cylinder for a full refund. Went today to return the two cylinders as we are not using Sodastream anymore, was told that they only give 1$ for a cylinder.
Makes no sense to me, they charge you over 20$ for one (as it's 40$+ when buying a new one, and only about 20$ to refill), I would assume they give you back the full amount just like with water jugs, etc. I specifically asked if I can return them when I bought the second one and was assured that I can...oh well, guess I learned my lesson one two many times with this garbage selling corporation.
(And I say garbage because I used to work for Walmart in the produce/meat section many years ago, so if you care about your health and do not want to eat spoiled food/meats that were kept in the heat until there is a puddle of water under, for hours in the back of the store until someone decides to bring the pallet out and stock the fridge, just go somewhere else.)

I went into the store to purchase items. I was told I could only order online. I did so and received 3 out of 4 items. The missing item shows it should have been ready for pickup on July 3. So verification it shows the item was delivered on July 3 at the store, but it was not ready for pickup. It is now the 5th and it shows delayed. Still shows delivered on the 3rd. It is the most important of the 4 items. After speaking with a Walmart customer service agent, they contacted the company and found that the item had the wrong tracking number which is why my Walmart could not find it. I went back and sure enough it was there. Thanks to the customer service agent who helped tracking my package.

Worst customer service. Madeleine and Jeannine from customer service don’t know how to do an online return and blame the customer and tell them to call customer service. After 45 minutes, they tried again and it ended up working out because they didn’t do it right the first time. They didn’t even apologise. Rude and incompetent.

There were several cashiers (at least 3) at the self-service checkouts. There was a huge queue and they didn't open any more self-service checkouts (half were closed). Furthermore, I only had two items and the cashier took the customer behind me and placed his order right away because he only had two items, while I had to wait.It seems that no one has done the cash register in their life and that they lacked judgment and interest in their work.
