“Great experience and outstanding customer service. I originally bought a ring here for my daughter and later brought it back to be customized. Unfortunately, the ring was lost during the process due to circumstances out of their power, but Eddie handled the situation with complete professionalism. Even though it took some extra time due to the holidays, he went above and beyond to make things right. The replacement ring he made for me was noticeably better than the original, which I truly appreciated. Situations like this really show how much a business cares about its customers, and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend.”

“Bought the Casio DBC 1A from their website. I must say it was an amazing experience! Their website is super accurate and very convenient to use. I placed my order on a Friday and the watch was on my wrist on Wednesday. No issues, no delays, the packaging was excellent and arrived on time via Canada Post. There was bubble wrap to protect the watch from any damage in transit. I would say this website is easier to order from compared to Amazon. I'm happy I supported a local business and I am overall extremely satisfied with the purchase. Thanks to team behind this.”
